The big ALPINE GLACIOLOGY MEETING continues also in 2025

Danke, Thank You, “Mèrssi”, Grazie, Hvala, Gracias, Merci

From February 27 to 28, 2025, the 28th Alpine Glaciology Meeting (#AGM28) was held in Innsbruck, Austria. With over 130 participants and more than 80 presentations – including both talks and posters – this event proved to be an exceptional venue for unveiling the latest scientific insights on glaciers, engaging in fruitful discussions, and fostering valuable networking opportunities. It was also the perfect stage for emerging young scientists to showcase their innovative work. A great moment was the Thursday evening “Come2Gether,” where attendees savored traditional local cuisine in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.

We hope that you didn’t enjoy only the scientific exchange at #AGM28, but you also had the chance to experience the beauty of Innsbruck and its stunning surroundings.
